When God first called us to start Connected Hearts, we hoped to help at least one family adopt. We could have never imagined that God would bring so many incredible people to come alongside us to help grow the ministry. Thanks to your support, Connected Hearts quickly grew from only providing adoption funding, to providing medical funding, advocacy, foster care programs, and eventually free adoption funding counseling. We can not thank you enough.
