From the very beginning, Connected Hearts Ministry has existed to see vulnerable children placed in safe, loving, Christ-centered families. And by God’s grace—and through your generosity—the impact has been extraordinary.
Since our ministry began:
Over 900 children, many who were older, part of sibling groups, or living with special needs are now home with forever families.
More than $2 million has been raised to help families bring children home and care for them once adopted.
Children from over 30 countries have experienced the love and stability of family.
Thousands of children entering foster care have received essential items through our Foster Care Support Program.
Countless children have received life-saving medical funding—including heart surgeries, brain surgeries, therapies, and medical equipment—to help them heal and thrive.
But this story isn’t finished. God is still moving, and you are still making a difference every day.
This year, we continue to provide adoption funding and coaching for families stepping out in faith all around the world.
