“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ!
In his great mercy, he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.”
1 Peter 1:3

We're filled with joy to announce that Zoltan is spending his first Easter with his forever family! Last year, Connected Hearts helped Aaron and Jenni Talbert raise funds to adopt Zoltan from Hungary. Thanks to your support of Connected Hearts, we were able to assist the Talberts in raising the necessary funds for Zoltan's adoption. The Talberts traveled to Hungary last October to bring him home!
Aaron and Jenni shared the following update about Zoltan:
“Zoltan is a happy, cheerful boy. He is working on language – he understands quite a bit of what we say and is starting to say some words. He loves running, jumping, and playing with us. He enjoys going outside and playing with a ball! We are addressing some medical issues for him, and he is receiving physical and speech therapy, soon starting occupational therapy.”
Regarding the support the Talberts received from the Connected Hearts Ministry and our supporters, they expressed:
“We want to take the time to let you know how much we appreciate your help and encouragement in the adoption process. We could not have done it without the financial assistance you provided. We are so thankful to be home with him, and to witness him growing and flourishing! Your role in our journey is deeply appreciated.”
In the spirit of this Easter season of hope and gratitude, we wanted to extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who supports Connected Hearts Ministry. Instead of spending Easter in an orphanage, Zoltan, along with many other children, are celebrating Easter at home in the loving embrace of a forever family! Thank you!
