We’re thrilled to share an incredible update — the Grimes family has brought home their beautiful son, Callum Michael Lloyd Grimes, born on April 23, 2025! After years of heartache, waiting, and deep faith, their dream of becoming parents has finally come true — and Michael now has the loving family he so deeply deserves.

Through your generosity, over $17,000 was raised to help the Grimes family bring Callum home. Your support gave them the chance to say "yes" to adoption without the weight of financial uncertainty.

“We wanted to thank Connected Hearts for their encouragement, help with getting our story out to others, and the resources they provided to help point us to different grants! Being able to use their platform was hugely helpful to us, and it’s been fun to see the different families they are supporting who have a heart for adoption in all its forms.
