When we talk about orphans, it’s easy to think in numbers — but behind every number is a face, a name, and a story that matters deeply to God.

Right now, there are an estimated 140 million orphans in the world. Of those, about 15 million have lost both parents, while millions more live in orphanages or on the streets — longing for safety, belonging, and love. Every day, children wake up without a mom or dad to comfort them, to tell them they’re loved, or to remind them that they matter.

That reality can feel overwhelming. But here’s the truth — God sees every single one of them. Not one child is forgotten. The Bible tells us that He is “a Father to the fatherless” (Psalm 68:5), and at Connected Hearts Ministry, we believe that He calls us to join Him in that mission.

Through the compassion and generosity of people like you, hope is being restored. Since our founding, over 900 children from more than 30 countries have been welcomed into loving, forever families through Connected Hearts Ministry. These children aren’t statistics anymore — they’re sons and daughters, brothers and sisters, cherished and loved.

And yet, our work is far from over. For every child who has found a home, there are so many more still waiting — children with bright eyes and big dreams who long for the same chance. That’s why we continue to pray, give, and advocate — because we believe that when God’s people come together, miracles happen.
